Hazop Study Records
The Study data sheet allows the user to enter the HAZOP study information using the study record grid.
The associated tree control allows the user to select the current node and deviation (or parameter & guide-word) for each study record.
The study record grid allows multiple causes, consequences, safeguards and actions to be entered for each study record.
In the case of actions the completion date, responsible person and priority can be entered directly from the study record grid.
