The Risk Rankings data sheet allows the user to create one or more risk ranking matrices associated with the HAZOP study.
Pre-defined and Customizable Matrices
Hazop+ 2008 gives you the option of using pre-defined Risk Rankings for Cost or Safety.
You also have the option of creating your own custom Risk Rankings by selecting input and output columns then assigning suitable values to the matrix.
